Naan Bread
Ingredients
300 grs white spelt flour; 1 tea spoon of sea salt; 2 teaspoons of garlic powder; 8 stalks of fresh thyme; 0,2 litres of vegetable milk; 4 table spoons of olive oil;
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the vegetable milk and the olive oil and mix until the dough is homogeneous. Place the dough on the counter and knead it for 10 minutes. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. Split the dough in 10 portions and roll it out using a dough roller. Heat a non-stick pan and grease with olive oil. Cook each dough disc on both sides until golden and crisp.
